Saunas
Infrared saunas...a complement to your everyday life.
Why a sauna?
The benefits of using a sauna are numerous and varied, and date back over two thousand years. As the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase in heart rate, cardiac output, and metabolic rate, thus improving circulation. Injured muscles repair faster as large amounts of oxygen rich blood circulates through the body, improving the immune system. Drainage of toxic materials is accelerated as a result of this increased blood circulation and perspiration. Increased blood circulation conditions the skin and improves skin tone and elasticity while at the same time, burning calories.
Many sauna users also attest to the healing powers concerning mental depression and anxiety. They say that after leaving the sauna, the mind is in a relaxed state, free of the worries of the everyday world. When the body feels soothed and energized, the mind and emotions often follow suit.
Why infrared?
Infrared is a type of heat that is produced when our bodies exert energy. The saunas we carry use Far infrared energy to penetrate the body's tissues and is tuned so closely to the body's own radiant energy that our bodies absorb as much as 93% of the infrared waves that reach our skin instead of conventional saunas that must rely only on indirect means of heat. The Far infrared heat is a much more natural heat. These sauna heaters use 10% of their energy to warm the air; the remaining 90% is transformed into heat that penetrates the body. Hospitals, therapists, and rehabilitation centers all use the instinctive effects of Far infrared to effectively treat muscular injuries, skin problems, sports injuries, and other diseases.
